Where is user permissioned AI in all of the above?

M-I-A.

AI needs a LEASH which keeps AI firmly under human control, contained within the rule of law, which itself is lagging in virtually every country.

The AI LEASH challenge in many respects which involves the AI developer creating User Permissioned AI control and Monitoring mated to checks with 3rd party verified 'functions as advertised' standards is really similar to the earlier challenge of implementing User

Permissioned Advertising.

The AI and AGI development communities have much to do in this AI LEASH regard.

The consequences of not acting as a community to add AI LEASH into their AI offerings will see uneducated governments of the world make a huge mess of the AI space grinding innovation and investment in the space to a crawl, sooner rather than later.

Giddy Up.
